Every request follows a similar pattern and can be distilled into three key steps:

1. Proof of Concept (POC) Design: • Timeline: Within a week or less. • Tasks: Assess the technical complexity of the problem and evaluate the readiness of existing AI solutions to address it. Design a "good enough" POC to attract potential customers and investors. • Deliverables: A plan outlining key phases, tasks, deliverables, and the estimated human and technical resources required to realize the POC.

2. AI Feasibility Research: • Timeline: Within a week. • Tasks: Conduct a technical evaluation of leading AI algorithms using publicly available data adapted or collected for the target problem. • Deliverables: A detailed technical report summarizing the feasibility of applying AI to the problem, along with an estimate of the costs for running the production model on cloud or on-premises infrastructure.

3. AI Model Deployment and Application Development: • Phase 1: AI Model Functional (1 month): ◦ Tasks: Collect user-specific data, fine-tune the AI model, deploy it as a web service on the cloud, and provide graphical and API access for customer evaluation. ◦ Deliverables: A technical report and a functional AI model ready for extensive testing. • Phase 2: Application Functional (2 months): ◦ Tasks: Further improve the AI model with additional fine-tuning and data cleaning. Package the model into a dedicated web service with basic application functionality aligned with the POC. ◦ Deliverables: A functional application showcasing the enhanced AI model and its capabilities.

This approach enables rapid validation and iteration, helping entrepreneurs test ideas and prepare for implementation. After the POC phase, L2labs OÜ offers services to develop it into a product - via flexible contracts or as a technical co-founder, partnering to drive startup success.
